Who Is Maia?

Who Maia is, what she can help you with, what she will never answer, and how to reach a person on our team.

Maia is an AI assistant. She is not a person, and she is not Desiree.

She answers questions in our website chat at any hour, including nights, weekends and holidays, when the rest of the team is off. She is named after the eldest of the Pleiades, the mother of Hermes the messenger.

What Maia Can Help With

Anything with a clear answer that is already written down:

  1. Finding something you purchased

  2. Billing, cancellations, and what your membership includes

  3. Booking, rescheduling, and what happens after a 1:1 session

  4. Orders, shipping, and international delivery

  5. Where to find a recipe, a replay or a guide

What Maia Cannot Do

She cannot do anything to your account. She cannot cancel a membership, issue a refund, change your billing card, move a booking or change your email address. She can tell you how to do it, and she can pass you to someone who can do it for you.

She cannot see your account. She does not know what you have bought, what you are enrolled in, or whether an email reached you.

She cannot see inside paid courses. Anything Desiree taught on a live call is in the recording rather than in Maia. Our full guide is here: Replays: What Is Recorded & Where To Find It

What Maia Will Never Answer

Questions about your body, your health, your medications, or how you are doing emotionally.

Those go to a person, every time, without exception. This is deliberate rather than a limitation we are working around.

How To Reach A Person

Ask her. Say you would like to speak to someone and she will hand the conversation over. You do not need to give a reason.

We pick those up during business hours.

If Maia Gets Something Wrong

Tell us. She is new, and the only way she improves is people telling us where she missed. Start a live chat or email [email protected].
