To change the email address on your account, write to us. Your contact details live in two places, and only one of them can be updated from your product library.

We will update both places so your products and your emails move together.
If You Have Already Changed It On The Website
Please tell us anyway.
Changing your email address in your account updates where your products live, but not where your emails are sent from. Until we update the second place, your workshop links, receipts and member codes will keep going to your old email address.
If You Purchase With A New Email Address Before Telling Us
Anything bought under the new address creates a second account, and your products end up split across two logins.
If that has already happened, we can merge them. Everything moves under one email address, and we will confirm which one with you before we do it.
