Your payment settings live in your account, and you can change them yourself at any time.

How To Update Your Billing Info

  1. Go to your account settings, in the top right corner

  2. Open your payment settings and update the card attached to Rise & Thrive

If you cannot remove your old card, edit it instead. Change the number on the existing card entry rather than trying to delete it and add a new one.

This is the one part of your membership our team cannot do for you. We can see which card is on your account and tell you the last four digits, but the change has to come from your side.

Rise & Thrive Renews Automatically

Rise & Thrive, whether you are on the monthly, quarterly or annual plan, renews automatically.

If you do not want to renew, cancel. Your access continues through to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so cancelling early costs you nothing.

If Your Payment Fails

We will email you. Update your card using the steps above, and the payment will go through on the next attempt.

If you have updated your card and are still getting messages saying your membership is no longer active, write to us. Sometimes a payment has already gone through while the reminders are still in flight, and we can check and confirm on our side.

If your membership has already been cancelled because of a failed payment, update your card first, then write to us. Reactivating is a manual step at our end.

Refunds

Membership payments are nonrefundable once processed, under the membership terms agreed to upon purchase.

If you have been charged more than once, or charged for something you did not sign up for, that is different. Write to us and we will look into it.
