Every 1:1 session is recorded, and your recording is sent to you afterwards along with a copy of your chart.
Your Recording
Your recording arrives by email as a link, and it comes with a copy of your chart.
Recordings usually go out on the Monday after your session. Timing can vary, so if yours has not arrived by then, write to us and we will chase it.
You do not need an account or any software to watch it. Open the link and it plays in your browser.
The recording page also includes a written transcript of your session, which you can read or copy.
Your Recording Does Not Expire
The link stays live. Your recording will always be there.
You do not need to rush to watch it, and you will not lose it if months go by.
Saving Your Recording
The video itself cannot be downloaded, so the link is how you get back to it. That makes the link worth keeping somewhere you will actually find it again.
Save it outside your email. Paste it into a Word document, a Google Doc, a Notion page, or wherever you keep things you want to hold onto. Email is where links go to disappear under six months of other messages.
This also means you keep your recording even if you change email providers.
Your Chart
Your chart arrives in the same email as your recording, so if you have one you have both.
For most readings this is your natal chart. For a Solar Return Reading it is your solar return chart, and for an Astrocartography Reading it is your astrocartography map.
After A 1:1 Healing Session
1:1 Healing Sessions are recorded and sent in the same way.
If Desiree recommends an essential oil blend or a protocol during your session, those details are in your recording. The written transcript on the recording page is the quickest way to find them again without listening back through the whole session.
If Your Recording Has Not Arrived
Check your spam and promotions folders first, then write to us. You do not need to wait longer than the Monday after your session.

Sharing Your Recording
Your recording is yours. You are welcome to share it with a partner or anyone else you would like to hear it.
If you would rather it stayed private, that is entirely your call and you do not need to tell us either way.
