Where To Find Your Zoom Link

Where your Zoom link comes from, what to do if you cannot find it, and how to join using a Meeting ID and passcode instead.

Your Zoom link arrives by email. You get one when you register, and again in the reminder emails before your session.

This is the same wherever you are joining us: workshops, intensives, book clubs, Q&As, member calls and 1:1 sessions with Desiree.

Where To Look

Your confirmation email. Sent as soon as you register or book. This is the one most people already have and have forgotten about.

Your reminder emails. Sent before your session, and they contain the link along with the Meeting ID and passcode.

Search your inbox for the name of the workshop, intensive, book club or session rather than scrolling. Check your spam and promotions folders too.

Check The Time In Your Own Time Zone

Your confirmation email and calendar invite show the session time converted to your own time zone. Trust those rather than converting it yourself.

If you use the add to calendar link, your calendar handles the conversion and will follow you if you travel.

If You Are Asked For A Meeting ID Or Passcode

Zoom sometimes asks for a Meeting ID and passcode rather than letting you straight in from the link.

We always try to include both alongside your link, so look in the same email. They are usually just under the link.

If You Have Not Received It

Write to us and tell us which session you are trying to join. We can send your link straight over.

If our emails are not reaching you generally, that is the real problem and we can fix it. Our guide is here: If You Are Not Receiving Our Emails

Your Link Is Unique To You

Your Zoom link is issued to you personally, so please do not forward it or post it anywhere. Our sessions are for registered participants and active members only.

If you need to rejoin after dropping out, use your own link again.
