Desiree's free summer and winter tea recipes, what each one is for, and how to get them.

Written by Liezl Marin

Desiree has two free tea recipes, one for summer and one for winter. Both are built on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, which is why each season gets its own.

Summer Tea

Made to keep you cool, calm and connected through the warm months. It supports the Fire Element, which is the element summer belongs to.

Winter Tea

Made to help you settle into the season and keep your immune system strong.

How To Get Them

Both are free. Open the link, enter your details, and the recipe arrives in your inbox.

They are separate signups, so getting one does not send you the other.

If One Has Not Arrived

Check your spam and promotions folders first. Free guides are the emails most likely to be filtered, because they come from a sender your inbox has not seen before.

If it is still missing, write to us with the email address you used and tell us which recipe you signed up for. We will send it over.

If you are not receiving any of our emails, that is something we can fix at our end. Our guide is here: If You Are Not Receiving Our Emails

Where To Go Next

If you want to know why the ingredients are what they are, that is the Kitchen Medicine workshop. It covers eating for your own constitution, and teas are part of it.

If you want the foundations underneath all of it, the Pillars Of Chinese Medicine workshop is recorded, yours for life, and priced from $11.

If you would rather begin free, Desiree's introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine is a great starting point.
