Find the ebook among your products and open it
Download it or read it on screen
Once you have downloaded it, the file is yours to keep on your own device.

If Your Ebook Is Not In Your Library
Check whether you bought the print book instead.
Print books and ebooks are sold separately and are not the same purchase. If your order confirmation mentioned shipping, you bought the print edition and it is on its way to you rather than in your library.
Check your other email addresses.
If you have ever bought from us using more than one email address, your ebook may be sitting in a second account. This is the most common reason something is missing. Our guide is here: How To Change The Email Address On Your Account
If neither of those explains it, write to us with the email address you used for the purchase and we will help you hunt it down.
If You Own The Print Book & Want The Digital Version Too…
The ebook is a separate purchase. Owning the print edition does not include it.
If you want both, buying the ebook means you have a copy with you wherever you are, which is useful if your print copy is packed away or you are traveling.
