You receive a shipping tracking code by email as soon as your order ships. That email is separate from your order confirmation, so if you only have the confirmation, your order has not shipped yet.
How To Track Your Order
Open your shipping confirmation email and select the tracking link. It takes you to the carrier's own tracking page, which shows where your package is and the current delivery estimate.
That estimate comes from the carrier and updates as your package moves.
Delivery Estimates Are Ranges, Not Guarantees
The shipping option you choose at checkout has an estimated delivery window rather than a fixed date. The fastest end of that range is the best case, not a promise.
If you are ordering for a birthday or a specific date, give yourself more time than the estimate suggests.
If Your Tracking Has Not Updated…
Give it a day or two. Tracking often shows nothing at all until the package reaches its first sorting facility, which can be a while after it leaves us.
Your package may also move between carriers.
One carrier can collect a package and hand it to another for the final delivery. When that happens, tracking can look stalled for a day or show a different carrier's name than you expected. It is normal and your package is still moving.
If tracking has not moved in several days, write to us and we will investigate.
If Tracking Says Delivered But Nothing Has Arrived
Check with anyone else at your address, look anywhere a package might have been left out of sight, and check with immediate neighbors.
If it still has not turned up after 24 hours, write to us with your order number and we will help you sort it out.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived At All
Write to us with your order number and tell us what tracking is showing. We will take it from there.
