How To Cancel
Log in at https://www.desireedelunae.com/login
Go to your account settings, in the top right corner
Cancel from there
You will keep your access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Nothing is taken away early.
Cancel On The Website, Not The App
Your account settings are only on the website. The Kajabi mobile app is for reaching your product library, and it does not carry the settings you need to cancel.
If you are on your phone, open https://www.desireedelunae.com/login in a browser rather than in the app.
If You Cannot Log In…

If your password works but Rise & Thrive is not showing in your account, you may have purchased with a different email address. Start a live chat, or email [email protected], and we will find it.
Before You Cancel
There is no way to undo a cancellation.
We do not offer a freeze or a pause. What we can do is move you to a different plan, so if cost is the reason, write to us before you cancel.

Canceling Is Not The Same As A Refund
Canceling stops future payments. It does not return a payment already taken.
Rise & Thrive payments are nonrefundable once processed. Our full policy is here: Refunds & Cancellations
If you have been charged after canceling, that is a billing error rather than a refund request. Tell us the date and the amount and we will put it right.
