Books and physical products are sold through <a href="https://store.desireedelunae.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">our store</a>. It is separate from your product library, which holds everything digital.

Add what you want to your cart and check out. You do not need an account, and your store login is separate from your product library login.

You choose your shipping method at checkout, where the options and rates available to you are shown. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on where your order is shipping to.

You receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a tracking code once your order ships. Use the tracking code to follow your order and see the carrier's current estimate.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Delivery is handled by 3rd party shipping platforms, and their timelines are not something we control.

We ship worldwide. The rate quoted at checkout includes duties and taxes, so you should not be charged again when your order arrives.
